Applicability

Definitions

2. • codeBrush: The primary owner and provider of this website.
3. • Project: Any web design, development, or related service carried out for the Client by CodeBrush.
4. • Completion: Fulfillment of tasks as outlined in the project scope.
5. • Launch: Delivery of the final product, either by deploying it on a server or handing it over to the Client.

Acceptance of Terms

By approving a quote or using our services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions in full — even in the absence of a signed contract.
We encourage all Clients to carefully review these terms, as any use of our services implies acceptance.

Agreement to Provide Services

codeBrush will begin work upon confirmation from the Client, provided via email, phone, or written communication.

An "order" refers to a formal or informal agreement between the Client and codeBrush, including exchanges by email or phone.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all project details, including scope, quote, and these terms, to ensure clear mutual understanding.

Project Timelines

Unless otherwise agreed, project timelines typically range from one to six months following design approval, depending on the scope.

Specific deadlines will be established before the start of work. codeBrush is committed to completing projects within a reasonable timeframe while maintaining quality.

Client Content Requirements

Clients must provide all necessary content — including text, images, videos, and audio — at the beginning of the project.

Delays in providing content may result in additional charges of up to 25% of the total project cost.

If the Client fails to deliver the required content within one week of the start date, codeBrush reserves the right to terminate the project and demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance.

Content should be submitted electronically (e.g., via Word documents or email). Files must be clearly labeled and correspond to the planned site structure.

Clients using a codeBrush CMS may independently manage and update their content.

Website Development

codeBrush aims to deliver error-free websites and code. However, we are not liable for damages caused by bugs, malfunctions, or failures.

Full ownership of the website design, code, and graphics remains with codeBrush until all payments are received.

All software, scripts, or applications created by codeBrush are proprietary and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without prior permission.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is copyright-compliant. codeBrush reserves the right to reject materials without proper usage rights.

Any feature requests or changes beyond the original scope may incur extra fees. Unauthorized changes are not guaranteed to function properly.

Clients must submit all necessary materials on time. codeBrush is not responsible for delays or losses caused by late content.

codeBrush does not mediate disputes between the Client and third parties and is not responsible for issues related to hosting or third-party service outages.

Final payment is due upon project completion. Canceling a project does not remove the obligation to pay. Legal action may be taken in case of non-payment.

Applications and E-Commerce Solutions

codeBrush is not liable for any losses caused by the use of software delivered to the Client. While testing is performed, final responsibility for verifying functionality lies with the Client.

For deployments involving external servers, the Client is responsible for ensuring the appropriate configuration and testing environment.

After launch, codeBrush may provide support for bugs identified within the original project scope, but such support is not guaranteed to be free.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All costs are specified in the official project quotation provided to the Client. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Pricing may be adjusted during the project due to changes in requirements or third-party costs.

The Client is responsible for all additional fees associated with international transactions. codeBrush does not cover shared fees or charges resulting from such payments.

Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided they notify codeBrush via email, contact form, or phone.

Once your request is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Final Provisions

codeBrush reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
